This Privacy Policy explains what data Studworks Cloud collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and the rights and choices you have. The service requires a Roblox account for sign in and is operated by Studworks Lab.
We use the data above to create and secure your account, provision and operate your server, enforce plan limits and isolation, prevent abuse and attacks, provide support through our Discord server, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your code or console content for advertising or model training.
Authentication uses Roblox OAuth. You authorize access on Roblox, and Roblox sends us your public profile information. We request only the scopes needed to identify you. You can revoke authorization from your Roblox account settings at any time, which will prevent future sign ins.
We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the machines running the service, under arrangements that require them to process it solely for us, and with authorities where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public. Ownership and operation details of our infrastructure are treated as confidential business information.
Account records are kept while your account is active and expire on a rolling window of approximately 180 days after your last activity, unless required to be kept longer for legal or security reasons. Server records and their data are removed when you delete a server, when we delete it under the Terms, or when your account record expires. Security records may be retained as needed for abuse investigations.
We protect the service with signed sessions, shared secret authentication for machine to machine traffic, isolated partitions with stripped environments and resource limits, a separate authenticated administrative layer, and rate limiting. No service is perfectly secure, so please use the service responsibly and keep your Roblox account protected.
Studworks Cloud is not intended for children under 13, and accounts under 13 are prohibited. If we learn that a child under 13 is using the service, we suspend the account and delete associated personal data.
You can access and update your profile by managing your Roblox account. You can delete your servers at any time from the dashboard. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to close your account, by contacting us on our Discord server. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The site stores a signed session token in your browser local storage to keep you signed in, and a small preference flag to remember whether you dismissed the products banner. We do not use third party advertising cookies.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website before they take effect.
