These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Studworks Cloud, the server hosting service operated by Studworks Lab. By creating an account, signing in with Roblox, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Studworks Cloud. You must sign in using a Roblox account that you own and control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Roblox credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One person may operate one account. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
Studworks Cloud provides isolated server partitions on machines operated by Studworks Lab and its infrastructure providers. Each plan includes defined memory and compute resources. The Free plan includes 102 MB of memory and 0.1 vCPU of compute. Paid plans provide larger allocations as described on the website. Servers are reachable only through the Studworks Cloud dashboard console and are not assigned public network addresses.
You agree not to use the service to host, distribute or execute:
You must not attempt to exceed your plan resources, bypass isolation boundaries, probe or attack the control plane, resell capacity, or interfere with other users. You must also comply with the Roblox Terms of Use at all times while using an account signed in through Roblox.
You retain ownership of the code and data you place on your server. You are solely responsible for your code, its behavior, and any consequences of running it. You grant Studworks Lab the limited technical right to store, execute and process your content solely to operate the service. We do not back up your data. Backups are entirely your responsibility.
Studworks Cloud targets 99.99% availability as an internal engineering goal. The service is provided strictly on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studworks Lab is not liable for any loss, damage, data loss, missed revenue or inconvenience caused by downtime, restarts, capacity limits, maintenance, server shutdowns, suspension, or termination of the service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.
We may suspend or terminate your account, delete your servers and remove your data at any time if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the service, other users, our infrastructure providers, or to comply with law, or at the operator's reasonable discretion. We may also delete servers that remain unused for an extended period. On deletion, data may be permanently removed without recovery. You may stop using the service and delete your servers at any time from the dashboard.
Paid plans are purchased through our Discord server. Prices, billing periods and refunds are agreed at the time of purchase. Access to paid resources may be removed immediately if a payment is reversed or disputed improperly. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
The service, including all software, hardware and related components, is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Studworks Lab for all claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim or 10 US dollars. Studworks Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studworks Lab and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your code and content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify the service, plans, resources and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before pursuing any formal dispute, contact us on Discord so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Studworks Cloud is operated by Studworks Lab. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and the Roblox logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All third party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
